3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: Users must provide accurate personal information during registration (username, email, password, and optional profile details)​.

  • Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and AI ethics regulations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any unauthorized scripts.

  • Using Brains Build AI for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.

  • Scraping, reselling, or redistributing AI-generated content without permission.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit platform algorithms.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

  • Brains Build AI does not own user-uploaded datasets; ownership remains with the user.

  • Data is securely stored using encryption and cloud-based solutions (Google Cloud)​.

  • Users may delete their data at any time via the profile settings.

Brains Build AI operates on a subscription-based model, offering:

Billing is monthly or annually, and payments are non-refundable once processed.

All software, algorithms, and AI models developed by Brains Build are intellectual property of the company. Users may access the platform only under a limited, non-transferable license.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brains Build AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  • AI-generated predictions that result in misinterpretation or incorrect decision-making.

  • Service downtime or technical disruptions.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Reasons include:

  • Unauthorized access or hacking attempts.

  • Violating the Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

Users can request account deletion via customer support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Palestinian National Authority. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
